Osho Meditation retreat

Life in the 21st century moves at an ever-increasing pace, creating more and more stress for individuals.
Just sitting directly in silent meditation is not as easy as it must have been in Buddha's time.
This retreat gives us the space and time to explore different Osho's meditation techniques
specifically designed to deal
with the tensions of modern life.
A five day journey into silence, letting go of the tension we have accumulated over many years.
Discovering the endless energy that we are, the love and light beyond our physical form.
The energy of the group enhances our experience, supports our process.
We are feeling refreshed, and energized.
Being in nature helps us to move inside. The simplicity and silence of nature,
feeling the earth beneath us and the open sky above, gives an immense sense of space inside and outside.
